Happy new year guys! Well, I would rather have said happy new year, readers, but how many people actually read my blog? I would hazard a guess that no one does. Not counting Dora of course (: But, anyway, I digress.

It's lateeeee at night, think 1st January 2006, but all I want to do is edit pictures! Hey, I can safely say that I'm on a roll. I finally have inspiration to edit. I'm sure you guys are familiar with the phrase action speaks louder than words. In this case, I think it should actually be pictures speak louder than words, so here you are!


Sorry, i just couldn't resist showing off my new earrings. I realised that most of my readers (( if there ARE any )) haven't seen my face before. Although, considering the state of my face... Well, some things are better left unsaid =)).

Ahh, my favourite actress in DH - Eva Longoria. She's Gabrielle and really gorgeous!

And here's a Kate Moss thing that I did, it's really quite yucky. Got inspiration from boring grown-ups. LOL. There's one thing Dora said that keeps bugging me. Not exactly bugging, but coming back to me, rather. She said my designs are cute and youthful unlike hers. Hers!!! I love hers! I would kill to learn how to do grunge the way she does it! Every time I try depressed... Well, it just ends up making ME depressed. So, this was my first try at grunge. Well, no comment =xXx

My new desktop layout. Downloaded from starswelove.com. Kelly is just super good in singing, so I decided to put her on my desktop to... ahem... encourage me to improve my singing. Although i only sing in the shower -.-" Trust me on this, my voice leaves a LOT to be desired. Like, William Hung, only female =)). Happy new year everyone.

Well, well, well. Chareli says Hilary looks cheap. Well, to make her even happier, I'm posting ANOTHER picture of Hilary that I did. My little sister is SOOO lucky she has me to do editing for her. I should actually charge from the second time onwards yeah? (:

What should we talk about today? Hmmm. I just wanna ask, how many of you watch Desperate Housewives? I watched the whole first season along with my dad and my big sis. Dad got the DVDs for us to watch, so we spent nearly every night of October watching the entire first series. There's one part of the mvoie that really made me laugh.

(( WARNING : For prudes, please do not read on, as the next part contains kind of sexual content. Although I'm not a very sexual person =pPp )).

There is one part where Bree Van De Kamp (( a horror version of Mrs Perfect )) nearly divorces her husband. Supposedly, she is not satisfying him sexually. So, they decided to work their problems out when Bree finds out that Rex has been paying, ahem, visits to her rival Maisy Gibbons. So, in this scene.

Bree : What's the problem, Rex? Tell me, I might be able to fix it!
Rex : Urmm.. I like to be dominated.
Bree : What?!
Rex : I like to be dominated.

LOL! My dad and I were giggling over this particular scene. So, to keep this blog PG13, I have decided not to mention any more. Btw, is anyone reading this too innocent to know what domination is? Well, don't ask me! I wouldn't know WHAT to say.

I would also like to mention another three of my all-time favourite TV shows.

#1 Charmed
- Starring Shannon Doherty (( Prue - dead now )), Alyssa Milano (( Phoebe - the hottest witch EVER! )), Holly Marie Combs (( Piper )), Rose McGowan (( Paige )), Brian Krause (( Leo - their ex-whitelighter )) and the hottest of all, DREW FULLER (( Chris )).

Okay, who wouldn't love this show? Hot witches in even hotter clothes! ^^ Not to mention the hottest Whitelighter witch son Piper could have hoped for. Chris is SUPER adorable. Ahh... Female empowerment at its greatest (: I'm so proud to be a girl.. * sniffs *

#2 American Idol
- Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell (( motormouth himself )).

Some people think this show is all about shooting down people's dreams, but hey! Look what happened to Kelly Clarkson, Justin Guarini, Kimberly Locke, Clay Aiken... OMG! They're superstars now! Especially Kelly, who is one of my fave singers. My favourite in Season 3 is of course the super cute Diana DeGarmo! For a 16-year-old girl, she sure can sing.

There is one scene where I had a really good laugh, though. For once, Fantasia wore something girlish, a long black slinky dress (( ooh-la-la! ^^ )).

Simon : You were fantastic, but what are you wearing? It looks like your mother's dress.
Fantasia : Simon, you don't know class!

In my opinion, Fantasia deserves an Oscar for even being brave enough to say that to Mr Tactless himself. Actually, Simon DOES give the show some kicks (:

#3 Extreme Makeover

Hey, who says this show is sexist? I think it's pretty good. You know why? I like to look at all those horribly ugly people get really really gorgeous! It's fantastic. Aww, I know superficiality isn't a good thing, but what the hey? It rocks. 'Nuff said.

Well, as much as you guys hate to hear Dora's name, I'm about to mention it again! I just realised that nearly every post of mine has SOME mention of Dora's name. Ain't you proud, girl? Haha. Anyway, the reason Dora's name is appearing again is that she asked me recently, have you been making any new skins? And I haven't! So for Dora's sake, I decided to pull myself together and do a little work. So,

(( Btw, I would like to warn Chareli to shut her eyes for the next few seconds as she scrolls down, as she will hate the person I'm about to unleash upon you guys (: ))

I decided to show you guys something that I've been craving for a while. DIORPLAY! It's some kind of lipgloss that I wanted for christmas, but Mum ignored me -.-"

And I've been wanting Dior Me Not for months. Unfortunately, it's a limited edition, and by the time my dad gave me money to buy it, it's over! They're not selling it anymore! Boo-HOOOO.

For another thin, I'd like to mention an achievement of mine. I'm proud of it (( sorry if I sound boastful, you can just skip this part )) but I got a commendation in the Commonwealth Essay Competition again! That's practically international, and coming from our school? It's a big deal, especially since I also got a commendation last year. Excuse my boasting just this once =)).

Okay... Suzanne asked me to list down five freaky facts about myself, and then ask another five people to do the same thing. Since I only know one other blogger (( horror!! )) so DORA it shall be (:

1st phreaky fact
I have a serious preoblem with picking at my toenails. EW! My whole family does it. I peel my toenails a lot! Although obviously not in public -.-" So I don't use nailclippers for my toenails. (( Sorry if this first fact gorssed you all out, but hey! we all have freaky habits ))

2nd phreaky fact
I actually considered being a lesbian once. So sue me! It was a part of my life when I thought no guy would ever like me. Although it's not true. I miss him*

3rd phreaky fact
I still play barbie dolls with my little sister, although it isn't really by choice. I'm forced to! Although some of those little dolls ARE rather cute (:

4th phreaky fact
I have this fear of cats nowadays. Ever since a pregnant cat jumped out at me in the storeroom (( when i was least expecting it!!! )) I've been really paranoid about cats. The other day a cat rubbed against Anna's leg and I'm the one who screamed! And not too softly either O.O

5th phreaky fact
I also have this permanent fear of scary movies. I can't even watch the commercials, cos I imagine lots of stuff going on! Even hearing the narrator's voice on the commercial soundtrack is enough to give me nightmares. After I watched Dark Water, HAHA! Three weeks I spent imagining that the water would turn black and that a little girl would come and kill me while I was in the shower! WAY FREAKY!

On a totally random note, I would like to point out that my name is in Dora's blog as one of her top five favourites! Yay-ness. It's obvious that self-obssessed people like me just love the sound of their name being spoken over and over yeahs? (: Aaahh.. I've been away from my blog for so many days. I miss it! My blog-itis inflammation is getting worse. And I missed my photoshop! Haven't been onlining for the past few days. I do have to admit, my presents this year are fab! A gorgeous set of MCKY clothes from Mum and an eyelash curler from my little sis -.-" And lotsa other fab stuff that I love!

Anyway, we have started our annual once in a year cleaning of my room, which is a MAJOR disaster area. OMG. Here is the picture for you guys to gasp at! Which is just simply horrendous, because I was halfway through the re-vamping of my room.

On a brighter note, for the first time in nearly 11 years, my relatives are coming down to Muar for the Chinese New Year! We've been going to KL for reunions ever since 1993, when the year before, they deigned to come down to Muar. My mum is planning a BIG menu. YUM ~ Oh well, have nothing to blog at the moment, I gotta finish refurbishing my room.

After my conversation with Dora just now, I realised that most of my posts (( the later ones, anyway )) mostly have pictures and not about my life! Isn't blogging about me what a blog is supposed to be about? Ahhh.... my digressing. So, for today, you are all treated to a day in my life! Namely, two days ago.

12.00pm - Woke up. I know, I know. HORROR~!

1.00pm - Got a phone call from Tingxin, asking me to come over, just to have a drink (: She tells me that she goes to white and blue cafe (( that's VERY near her house )) just to drink SKY JUICE - which is free! I was like, what the freak is wrong with you? And she just laughs and laughs.

1.30pm - Opened the door of my dad's room and garbled "Canyoufetchmetotingxinshouseplease?" because I was afraid that he wouldn't want to fetch me there, as he was getting it on with the toiletbowl at the time -.-"

1.45pm - Yay! Dad agreed to fetch (( albeit unwillingly )) and i arrive safe and sound - for the most part - at Tingxin's house. We sit around talking and laughing and taking photos. Blah. She said she just wanted to have a chat. Blarhhhh.

2.30pm - Tingxin complained about the lack of attention she seems to be receiving today, as she has NO messages and NO phone calls. NADA. And me? I'm innundated by phone calls from the guys, asking about the King Kong showing tonight. Of which I am the proud organiser. Blehh.

3.00pm - We finally start getting our butts over to WhiteBlue Cafe, after procrastinating for a few hours. We go on a food spree! What can I say? Muar's a food haven. What's the word? Gastronomical? So, we ordered two baskets of curly fries, one mushroom fusilli, one spicy spaghetti, one cream of mushroom soup and one hazelnut chocolate drink - a BIG one. Mind you, there was only the two of us, AND it was already the middle of the afternoon. No to mention the fact that we ate lunch already. So, we ate and ate until our flat stomachs became FAT stomachs.

4.00pm - Get a phone call from all the guys, saying they want ten tickets. TEN! That's clean me out by rm80! And hello, I am conveniently dead broke. So, we asked Zili to get us some money, to which he replied,

I'm playing football lah!

So, Tingxin got really mad and started shouting, (( in Chinese of course ))

Walaoeh, you ah! You think what leh?!? People today want to watch King Kong and you so stupid go and plan a football game! The movie is at 6.30pm and you'll want to play until 6pm? Sai lah you guys!

So, after that Chong Hao called, and HE insisted that I should get the tickets, in case it sold out. So,

4.45pm - "Dadcanyoucomefetchmehomenowplease?"
Only this time, he says he CAN'T! Because the car has been sent for repairs. So, horror of horrors, I have to give my big sister a call, and say "Jiecanyoufetchmehomenow?" because she is just as GRRRR. You know what I mean. So, it starts raining, and Tingxin and I RUNNNNNNN all the way back to her house, where halfway on the journey, this mad dog starts looking rather hungrily at us -.-"

5.00pm - Go to the football field and shout, ZILIIIIIII ~ and he says he only has rm32! And nobody else brought money.

5.30pm - Sneak into Dad's room and borrow his money. The guys OWE me. Frantically bathe after my sweaty encounter with the guys in the football field.

6.00pm - After a minor disagreement with Mum, Hui Ruan comes over to fetch me! And we're off.

(( I'm really lazy to continue, as it was a really LOOONG day. Can I procrastinate and continue this tomorrow? =xXx ))

And another photo of the gorgeous babe Marissa in The O.C. Did you know Mischa is actually from London, England? She moved to New York when she was about four years old. She played one of the scary ghosts in The Sixth Sense!

And one of my all time favourite actresses, is the supercutie Rachel Bilson ! She's so cute, isn't she? The most adorable (( and also the huffiest )) girl in Orange County. In case you guys didn't know, she plays Summer, one of the richest girls around. But in real life, she's really nice and totally not snooty. In fact, she's dating Adam Brody, who plays Seth in The O.C.

Femme Fatales 2005 - that's what we call ourselves. because we are quote, "beautiful women who men find attractive, even though they make make them unhappy." unquote. kekeke. the definition from the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English.

Ok ok, maybe i lied. but at least three of them are beautiful women. i'm just the frog in there =)).

miss tingxin. aka da jie. the tallest ( i think ) in our group of four. she is not responsible! even though she IS the dajie. doesnt matter, we still love her. She didnt use to have any emotions, but i tink that might have changed!! and please, she is MUCH prettier than the picture. She is smart and also, A NERD!! she is basically photo crazy and mentally unstable too (: just like the rest of us! muahahaha.

and here is a picture that I edited for her ( i copied dorothy's editing cos her editing rocks!! ). Tingxin has a to die for body =)).

next is our er jie, aka miss jolwee. adorably attached ( tingxin and jess arent ) to an equally adorable guy, she is definitely a beauty, although nobody seems to notice -.-" a very popular girl in our school, she has guys chasing her at every turn. smart, and nice, what more could we ask for?

ahhh... the prettiest one in our group of four. so everyone says. our xiaomei aka jessica. the da xiao jie of the group, she often likes to act cool, and say we bully her. which we do not! we take care of her and make sure she doesn't act too COOL. i hope you're reading this jessica! she has the looks and the brains! and.... the admirers too. a whole package, but she is definitely hard to woo (:

and last, definitely least, is me! the uglist one ( and the fattest!!! ) in the group is me. HUIYI =)) im the ugliest, but at least im kinda smart. ( i think ) i'm just me, no one can replace me, and i tell the best jokes! kekeke, actually, i tell the most jokes. sighhh, must be inherited from my dad! =))

the mother-in-law is damn cute =)) i actually havent watched this, as the plane on the way back from austria had "satellite" problems! heehee. yeah right.

ahhh! jessica simpson is such a cute bimbo. luckily ashlee aint that bimbo-ish. and i love!! sean william scott. incredibly cute *swoons*

but one of my favourite movies is sisterhood of the traveling pants!! incredibly sad movie, i know i cried buckets of tears during the movie. so sad. sniffles. why did bailey die? and oh yeah, that girl, from gilmore girls? so cute. lena. looks really ethereal. gorgeous!!

ok, boredom has settled in again. did i mention how much i love my new blogskin? (((: anyway, i have decided to do a movie spread! *drumrolls please* all the recent pirated dvds that i bought. i know, i know, ciplak =))

anyway, i decided to dedicate another post to my photoshopping ((sorry if i seem like a copycat sweetie pie!)) but i've decided to let the world know who was the one who taught me how to photoshop really well in the first place! you're the one who taught me about transparencies and gave me my first brushes, sweetie pie, so i am eternally grateful!

so, i was a really lousy photoshopper at the beginning, only knowing how to use filters. and then! came the transformation. cant say it was much better though =pPp

this was my first blogskin that i made. ((of course i didn't use it)) it was really ugly, looking back now -.- using just brushes and a picture of eva longoria. (( she's gabrielle in desperate housewives. PRETTY=pPp))

here is a beyonce one. i have to say, i much prefer her body shape to the others, like victoria beckham. people say beyonce is big sized and curvy ((where got curvy??)) anyway, i was doing this in a rush, as you can see from the yuckyness of it.

this one is made just with brushes. BORING.. i know!

ahhh.. i was quite proud of this one until i realised what i did! "me","rants","tag" and "blog" again. haiyos. so regrettable, as i didnt save it a psd image. unchangeable. hopeless =((

and my first gwen stefani one. it was based on my old blogskin, as i was too lazy to change the code and figure the whole thing out. another ugly one -.-"

based on the song "Angel" by Sarah Mchlachlan. i wanted to portray the image of someone saying, am i good enough for you? but i failed miserably. haish.

made this one around the same time as my current skin ((i love my new skin!)) and i quite hate it. wanted to find the kanji words to love angel music baby like on her cd album, but couldn't! argghh. so i settled for "ai" instead.

i love love love this! my cousin said it stinks. nyah nyah to him, i love it and that's enough. it's my hard work =((( *sniffles* starting to wish i used another colour scheme instead. but i still love it! =pPp

i made this for that ungrateful lil cousin yesterday. don't know why i bothered. but i think it's great too (((:
